Shipment Tracking

Within 2-4 working days of ordering, a tracking code will be provided. Track your parcel's progress through our website's tracking feature or on platforms like 17Track.net.

VAT & Import Duties

For customers outside the European Union, we do not collect VAT or import duties in advance (duty unpaid / untaxed). If you reside outside the EU, you are responsible for any potential Value Added Taxes (VAT) or import duties, including processing fees. EU customers will have VAT collected beforehand at the rate of the destination country.
